Advanced Analysis
Whether it is a design problem, fabrication problem or a problem with an existing piece of equipment, the use of advanced analysis techniques will often resolve an integrity issue for the least expense and within the shortest time-frame.
We have experience in advanced design-by-rules techniques from world-wide equipment design and analysis codes. We also use design-by-analysis techniques for design issues that need a little more finesse. We have experience implementing techniques from ASME Section VIII, Division 2 and API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1, including fatigue assessments, brittle fracture assessments, creep assessments and component design assessments.
We perform the highest level of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) available, including non-linear analysis, specialist material models, dynamic analysis, XFEM (crack growth), fatigue and user-subroutine driven creep assessments.
