Fire Damage
One of the most comprehensive and useful assessments in API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1 is the fire damage assessment. It allows the extent of the damage to be properly quantified in order to determine what equipment can remain in service, what can be repaired and what equipment must be replaced. If your facility has had a fire incident, then IES can perform a root-cause assessment consecutively with a fire damage assessment, allowing answers as to why it occurred, what to do to fix it and, finally, what to do to ensure it never happens again.
